Nosentrik is an independent library of general health and healthy-living articles, written by a small team under pen names. It covers subjects such as heart and circulation, eye care, teeth and gums, smoke-free choices for adult smokers and the technology used in clinics. The site is free to read and does not require registration.

Our entries describe topics in general terms. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a replacement for an examination by a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist or optician. 3. Nicotine and adult smokers
Articles about vaping and other smoke-free products are intended for adults who already smoke and are considering alternatives. They are not encouragement to start using nicotine, and they are not directed at anyone under the legal age where they live.

We take care to keep entries accurate and dated, but guidance changes and mistakes can happen. No entry can be guaranteed complete or fully up to date on the day you happen to read it. If you notice an error, please tell us through Write to Us so that it can be checked and corrected.
